RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF CONTRACT
FOR THE 2008 WATERMAIN EXTENSION PHASE TWO PROJECT
WHEREAS, on this 8th day of October, 2008, plans, specifications and form of contract were filed with
the City of Tiffin, Iowa for the construction of the 2008 Watermain Extension Phase Two Project within
the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on these plans, specifications, and form of contract was published as
required by law, now.
u THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY the City of Tiffinjowa, a motion was made by Jim Bartels
seconded by John Wright, that the said plans, specifications and form of contract are hereby approved for
said project.
