RESOLUTION REQUESTING INVOLVEMENT AND AID
OF MIDDLESEX COUNTY IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, on October 5, 1995, Mayor Sica met with representatives of the
Middlesex County Improvement Authority; and
WHEREAS, discussions were held concerning development in the Borough in
particular the proposed super-mall and landfill reclamation; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Governing Body to formally request the
involvement and aid of the Middlesex County Improvement Authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret does hereby formally request that the Middlesex County
Improvement Authority sanction the efforts of the Borough and become involved with
the development of the mall project and landfill reclamation.
Adopted this 5th day of October, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 6, 1995.
