Ida Lee Park Recreation Center Offers “Bring A Friend” Day
on Saturday, June 2, 2012
Leesburg, VA (May 23, 2012) – On Saturday, June 2,
2012, all annual and six-month pass holders at
Leesburg’s Ida Lee Park Recreation Center can bring
a friend to the center for free, all day.
“This event allows our pass holders to share their
Ida Lee experience with a friend,” explained Katey
Jackson, Ida Lee’s Building Service Manager. “We
want more people to discover the great
opportunities that the Recreation Center offers.”
To take advantage of this offer, pass holders should check in at the Recreation Center front
desk and notify staff that they have a guest they would like to bring for free. There is a limit of
one guest per pass holder. Guests will have full use of the indoor pool, the fitness center, and
the racquetball and basketball courts. In addition, guests can attend the Cycling, Ripped, Body
Pump or Hip Hop group fitness classes, space permitting. The “Bring a Friend” offer does not
include fee-based group fitness classes, the A.V. Symington Aquatic Center or the tennis center.
Pass holders who bring a friend will be entered in a drawing for a $25 gift card to Ida Lee (two
prizes will be awarded; limit one prize per household). Winners will be announced on Monday,
June 4, 2012.
