Finally, the undersigned parties agree to extend the time for the Zoning Board of Appeals to close the public hearing to July 22, 2020, provided, however, that if either party has filed an interlocutory appeal of a safe harbor determination, the time for closing the public hearing shall be tolled in accordance with 760 CMR 56.03(8).
