REQUESTING THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO
ACCEPT CERTAIN STREETS
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is requested to accept into the VDOT
arterial and secondary system 0.73 lane miles of Edwards Ferry Road, N.E. (78' width); 1.08 lane miles
of Potomac Station Drive, N.E. (52' width); 0.36 lane miles of Bumell Place, S.E. (38' width); 0.42 lane
miles of Parkgate Drive, S.E. (38' width); 0.28 lane miles of Hope Parkway, S.E. (52' width); 0.14 lane
miles of Miller Drive, S.E. (52' width); 0.20 lane miles of Blue Seal Drive, S.E. (32' width); 0.28 lane
miles of Moore Place, S.W. (30' width); 0.32 lane miles of Lacey Court, S.W. (30' width); 0.26 lane
miles of Macalister Drive, S.E. (50' width); 0.16 lane miles of Pheasant Place, S.W. (32' width); 0.10
lane miles of Wing Tip Court, S.W. (32' width); 0.20 lane miles of Alpine Drive, S.E. (40' width); 0.38
lane miles of Alpine Drive, S.E. (38' width); 0.54 lane miles of Balch Springs Circle, S.E. (36' width)
and 1.06 lane miles of Catoctin Circle (61' width) as listed on the accompanying Form U-1 in accordance
with the requirements of Section 33.1-41.1 Code of Virginia, as amended.
