APPROVING AN EMERGENCY WATER
BETWEEN TIlE TOWN AND LOUDOUN
AUTHORITY (LCSA).

SERVICE AGREEMENT
COUNTY SANITATION
WHEREAS, the Leesburg Town Council, by resolution No. 2002-59, authorized the Town
Manager to enter into an agreement with the developer of Lansdowne-on-the-Potomac for
construction of a waterline interconnection with LCSA crossing Goose Creek; and
WHEREAS, construction of the interconnection
reimbursed per terms of the proposed agreement; and
has been completed and all parties
WHEREAS, the Town Attorney has approved the agreement as to form, establishing
guidelines for the use of this interconnection; and
WHEREAS, this agreement is recommended by the Director of Utilities.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The Town Manager is hereby authorized to execute the use agreement with LCSA in a form
approved by the Town Attorney.
