LAYING OFF PROVISIONAL POLICE OFFICER SCHMANKO
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #95-54, Bohdan Schmanko was appointed a
provisional Police Officer within the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said appointment the employee was enrolled in a certified
Police Academy; and
WHEREAS, on October 2, 1995 the employee was unable to complete the
aforementioned training facility due to unsatisfactory progress;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective October 6, 1995, Bohdan
Schrnanko is hereby laid-off from the position of provisional Police Officer.
Adopted this 12th day of October, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 13, 1995.
