Mr. Doherty called the meeting to order at 6:40 p.m. to vote on the Article to purchase
the Pratt Farm. Mrs. Peters made a motion to support the motion for purchase, Mr.
Ferrari second. All voted in favor of supporting the purchase of the Farm.
Mr. Doherty made a motion to adjoin at 6:50 P.M. Mr. Mr. Ferrari second. all approved.
Members moved into TM.
