RESOLUTION NO. 2003-58 ADOPTED April 8, 2003
A RESOLUTION: HIRING OUTSIDE LEGAL COUNSEL TO ADVISE THE TOWN COUNCIl.
ON PERSONNEL MATTERS RELATING TO THE TOWN MANAGER
AND TOWN ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, the Town Manager and Town Attorney serve at the pleasure of the Town Council
and have negotiated employment agreements with Council; and
WHEREAS, Council desires to retain outside legal counsel on matters pertaining to the
performance evaluation process and contract negotiations for the Town Manager and Town Attorney.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED the Mayor is authorized to negotiate an agreement for outside legal
counsel with John M. Bredehoft, Esq., on matters pertaining to the performance evaluation process and
contract negotiations with the Town Manager and Town Attorney.
