RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR THE HEARING AND LETTING OF THE U.S.
HIGHWAY #6 IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT.— A JOINT PROJECT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA AND THE IOWA DEPARTMENT,OF TRANSPORTATION
WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin will set the date for the Hearing and Letting of the US HIGHWAY #6
RAPOROVEMENTS PROJECT in and for the City of Tiffin and The Iowa Department of Transportation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN,
IOWA:
Motion John Wright seconded by Mike Gericke to set the date for the Hearing and Letting of the
aforementioned project is -set for November 12, 2008 at 6:30pm. Sealed proposals for the construction of
said improvements will be received by the City. Clerk at the City Hall, Tiffin, Iowa, until 6:30pm on
November 12, 2008.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 8TH day of October 2008.
