Convened at 7:30 PM

Addition to Minutes - Green Box Committee
#I- Lakeshore Subivision- by Robert Scholar. Located at corner of Latimer & Lakeshore.
Rick Cannity explained to the Board that Mr. Scholar had already been to the county to
get direction for his project and that it was a relatively simple subdivision. Mr.
Scholar desires to divide the property into 4 lots. It was noted that water and sewer
are available. Mr. Scholar explained the site situation and the old buildings on it,
none of which were salvageable. Mr. Haug noted that Mr. Scholar had informed the neigh-
bors that he would be developing. It was noted that the lots conform to the A-10 district
provisions. Paved streets abut the property. The Zoning Officer is to write a letter
to the County planners notifying approval of subdivision (S & W available)
#2- Home Occupations- Report by Rick Cannity. See attachment of recommendations. Frank
Sheffield made a motion to accept the report with the gollowing addition: (f) the on
premises sale and delivery of goods which are not the product of the Home Occupation are
prohibited." The word 'residential' is to be deleted after the phrase "and subordinate
to the principal". Nancy Goodwin seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. The
item is to be presented to the next Town Board meeting.
#3- Green Box Committee- Hilda Brody reported on recommendations. See attachment.
The Board instructed Mr. Haug to check with the Town Clerk about solid waste
disposal laws. Mrs. Brody was asked to talk with Commissioner Smith about site
locations for the Green Boxes.
#4- Mobile Home Committee - No report. Chairman Cox said that Dr. Moore had chaired
the committee but had since resigned from the Board. Mrs. Cox appointed Frank
Sheffield to chair the committee. Mrs. Cox and Myron Martin are to serve on the
committee.
#5- Goodwin Committee Report. Nancy Goodwin reported that the committee had elected to
drop Prime Industrial and Prime Commercial Districts from the ordinance. They also
decided to retain the Neighborhood Business District. Their next meeting is April
8, at 7:30 PM at Town Hall.
#6- Bennett Subdivision. Hillsborough Tax Map 17 B. Mr. Haug explained the existant
subdivision map was not developed in the field as indicated. Rick Cannity explained
that the County had never approved the map. It had inadvertently been recorded at
the Register of Deeds. After much discussion the Board approved the subdivision on
the following conditions: 1) There be a 20 foot travel width on the proposed road
and that there be 6 inches of crusher run compacted for the road base with 3
applications of asphaltic treatment with pea gravel. 2) Extension of water and
sewer lines be at the developers' expense. 3) Dedicate all necessary sanitary
sewer easements.
Motion by Frank Sheffield, second Rick Cannity. ,Unanimously passed.
#7 Mrs. Cox read the letter of resolution by the Board to Dr. H.W. (Jack) Moore.
Chairman Cox made a motion for approval, second by Myron Martin. Unanimously.
passed.
Next meeting scheduled for May 6th, 1982.
