A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARSON CITY COUNCIL AMENDING THE
FISCAL YEAR 2021-22 BUDGET IN THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the City’s Fiscal Year 2021-22 (FY21-22) budget on June 15,
2021 for the General Fund; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish a Facade Improvement Program to help business
owners enhance the appearance of the location of their businesses, thus attracting more consumers to
the City and improving the vitality of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it necessary to amend the FY21-22 General Fund
budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, FIND,
DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following amendment(s) will be made to the City’s FY21-22 budget.
Increase/(Decrease) 101-70-701-100-6004
Community Development/Professional Services $1,000,000
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall keep a copy of
this resolution attached to the FY21-22 budget on file, and effective as of June 21, 2022, the same shall
be in force and effect.
