A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL HOURS FOR
INTERIM CITY ADMINISTRATOR LISA A. KOTTER
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a Municipal Corporation, organized and
operating under the laws of the State of Iowa;
WHEREAS, the City Council had previously hired Lisa A. Kotter as the part time Interim
City Administrator; and;
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorizing an increase in the employee's hours until
March 1, 2020 at $40 per hour to facilitate completing the work necessary for City
operations and the City budget adoption; and;
WHEREAS, the City Council will continue in the month of February 2020 to review the
need to transition to a full time City Administrator beyond March 1, 2020;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa
authorizes Lisa A. Kotter, Interim City Administrator to work up to 40 hours per week until
March 1, 2020.
