MINUTES
I. ROLL CALL
President P. Siemens called the meeting to order at 9:10 P.M.
Members Present: Jed Cyr, Mary Davey, Larry Hassett, Deane Little, Pete
Siemens, and Ken Nitz.
Members Absent: Nonette Hanko
Staff Present: Craig Britton, S. Schectman, Deirdre Dolan, J. Escobar,
and Stephanie Jensen

Agenda Item No. Cancellation of the January 24 2001 A. Age arm Regular_
Meeting and scheduling a Special Meeting on Wednesday, January 31,
2001.
Motion: M. Davey moved to cancel the January 24, 2001 Regular
Meeting and schedule a Special Meeting on Wednesday,
January 31, 2001. K. Nitz seconded the motion. The
motion passed 6 to 0.
III. ADJOURNMENT
At 9:13 P.M., the meeting was adjourned.
