A RESOLUTION:
AUTHORIZING THE USE OF URAN FUNDS TO REIMBURSE THE MONROE
TECHNOLOGY CENTER FOR UTILITY FEES PAID FOR THE HOME THEY
CONSTRUCTED AT 804 WAGE DRIVE.
WHEREAS, the Monroe Technology Center has constructed a home at 804 Wage Drive; and
WHEREAS, during construction of this home a cost of $17,292.19 was incurred for water and
sewer availability fee payments was incurred; and
WHEREAS, the Monroe Technology Center has requested a reimbursement of these fees; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 91-207 authorized a similar fee reimbursement for a home constructed
by the Loudoun Vocational Education Foundation in Potomac Crossing; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Director recommends approval.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
a reimbursement of $17,292.19 will be made to the Monroe Technology Center for water and sewer
availability fees incurred during the construction of a home at 804 Wage Drive.
