A RESOLUTION:
APPOINTING AN ADDITIONAL COUNCILMEMBER TO THE
ANNEXATION NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, on November 27, 2001 the Town Council adopted Resolution No. 2001-196
appointing a special committee to negotiate an annexation agreement with Loudoun County; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of Council to appoint an additional member to the
Annexation Negotiation Committee.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia that
Councilmember David Schmidt is appointed to the Annexation Negotiating Committee.
