RESOLUTION WAIVING ENGINEERING FEE -
REVIVAL CENTER CHURCH
WHEREAS, the Revival Center Church have requested the waiving of
Engineering Fees in connection with an application to the Carteret Zoning Board
of Adjustments (the "Zoning Board"); and
WHEREAS, the Engineer and the Attorney who represent the Zoning Board
have elected to waive the Engineering Fee in connection with the application;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Engineering Fee in the amount of $275.00 in
connection with the application of the Revival Center Church to the Zoning Board
is hereby waived.

and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 21, 2000.
