REJECTING BIDS FOR SPORTS RECREATION FACILITY
AND AUTHORIZING RE-BID
WHEREAS, on October 5, 1995 bids were received for construction of Sports
Recreation Facility in Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the Governing Body has reviewed said bids and find them not to be
satisfactory and/or within budgetary consideration;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret hereby reject said bids and authorize the Purchasing Agent to re-
advertise for bids on said facility.
Adopted this 23rd day of October, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 24, 1995.
