AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE EMPLOYMENT
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE LEESBURG TOWN COUNCIL AND
TOWN ATTORNEY WILLIAM E. DONNELLY, III
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The Mayor of the Town of Leesburg on behalf of the Leesburg Town Council
is hereby authorized to amend Section 4 of the town attorney's employment contract to reflect an
annual salary increase of $3,127.87 (3%) effective July 1, 2002.
SECTION II. The necessary funds are available in the FY 2004 Budget.
