Members present were Martin, Goodwin, Cannity, Cox, Brody, Holman, Page, and Plambeck. Sheffield reported that the Town Board had concurred with the Planning Board's recommendation that Nancy Goodwin's term be switched with Larry Carter's term. The first item was a review of the proposed subdivision by Mr. James Freeland for Dynasty, Inc. Mr. Cyrus Hogue and Mr. Freeland were present to'request access to the area from the access road and show a plan which they had just received from Dynasty. After much discussion of the heavy truck traffic on the roads, the road standards, the comments from the Town Board during the Work Session of August 26, 1982, road maintenance, and future subdivision requests, Rick Cannity made a motion that the Planning Board approve the subdivision by Mr. Freeland for Dynasty, Inc. as submitted. Cox seconded the motion. After further discussion, the motion was passed. Minutes are to be discussed for corrections at the next meeting. The Zoning Officer was to check on whether Mobile Home Park owners of parks in existence in December, 1979 had been sent letters of compliance with the Zoning Ordinance. Discussion of the maintenance agreement with James Bennett regarding his subdivision concerned Mr. Bennett's having an attorney submit a maintenance contract with the appropriate stipulations. Committee reports were made. Barbara Page volunteered to serve on the Historic District Commission which had requested more coordination with the Planning Board. The meeting was adjourned. Amendments to the September 16th meeting were made on October 7, 1982. The amendment is that Goodwin, Page and Sheffield opposed the motion that the Planning Board approve the subdivision by Mr. Freeland for Dynasty, Inc., as submitted.
