AUTHORIZING THE TOWN ATTORNEY TO SUE TO COIJ.ECT
DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER CHARGES OWED BY THE
OWNERS OF SOUTH STREET UNDER RESTAURANT PLUS
PENALTY AND INTEREST
WHEREAS, The owners of the South Street Under restaurant owe the town $19,945 plus
penalty and interest for water and sewer bills for the period of June 14, 1999 to June 18, 2002;
and
WHEREAS, the Town Attorney recommends suing for collection of this delinquent
account.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
Town Attorney is authorized to sue the owners of the South Street Under restaurant to collect the
unpaid water and sewer charges plus penalty and interest.
PASSED this 9th day of December 2003.
