AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE FIRE & RESCUE
SITE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg and the County of Loudoun desire to enter into an
agreement relating to a fire & rescue facility to be constructed by the county and a water storage
tank to be constructed by the town and certain other purposes; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of the attached agreement.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
Mayor is authorized to enter into an agreement substantially in the form attached.
PASSED this 9th day of December 2003.
