A RESOLUTION: MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Council desires to appoint effective individuals to serve at its will and pleasure on
these advisory boards; and
WHEREAS, on July 24, 2000, Council adopted Resolution No. 2000-148 establishing a
procedure concerning appointment of individuals to town boards and commissions; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Information Technology Commission; and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Schmidt has considered interested parties in serving on the
Information Technology Commission.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Michael W. Ricciardelli II is appointed to the Information Technology Commission for a term
to expire June 30, 2004.
PASSED this 13th day of January 2004.
