architects in connection with the construction of the new village hall on
Tuesday, June 26, 1973 at 8:n0 P. M.

Wayne Neddermeyer, Thomas Stevens, Donald Des Lauriers and
Robert Franklin present.
Interviewed B. J. Smiley and Mr. Liebenberg of Liebenberg, Smiley. Glotter
Associates. They explained their Procedure, stating that they had experts
in the matter of space study, engineering, etc. and therefore could take
care of all phases right in their office. TheArfees would be 10°' and it
would take three months.
Richard J. Lassen and MY. Korngiebul f Korngiebel and Larsen Associates,
Inc. appeared td) present their credentials as architects. Showed dm
drawings of buildings they had worked on. Their fee would be from V to
8J and could have it done in one month.
Peter Racchini of Peter Racchini and Associates appeared. He presented a
number of drawings of buildings they had worked on. The fee would be
and it would take three weeks to a month to do the work.
Delano Erickson of Bergstedt, Wa.hlberg, Bergquist and Rohkohl, a.ppe-red
to Present their set-up and the work trey have done. Their fee would be
8i% and 90 and it would take them three months.
Tom Anderson of Hamel presented his credsintials and answered a number of
questions with regard to the building. His charge would be either at #18.00
per hour or at the AIA rates which ever the Council decided on.
Moved by Thomas Stevens that the meeting adjourn.
