MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE AIRPORT COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Council desires to appoint effective individuals to serve at its will and pleasure on
these advisory boards; and
WHEREAS, on July 24, 2000, Council adopted Resolution No. 2000-148 establiShing a
procedure concerning appointment of individuals to town boards and commissions; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Airport Commission; and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Martinez has considered parties interested in serving on the Airport
Commission.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Dennis Boykin is appointed to the Airport Commission for a term to expire June 30, 2006.
