MINUTES Board of Electrical Examiners and Review Jefferson City, Missouri January 4, 2017 MEMBERS PRESENT: Chris Bruemmer Ray Fink Jim Gooch Richard Green David Steinman Sam Thomas Bill Luebbert, Electrical Inspector Larry Burkhardt, Building Official The Electrical Board of Examiners and Review met January 4, 2017, in the Small Conference Room of the John G. Christy Municipal Building. The meeting was called to order by Bill Luebbert at 4:00 p.m. A quorum was present. Approval of Minutes from the November 2, 2016 meeting: A motion was made by Ray Fink and seconded by David Steinman to approve the minutes of the November 2, 2016 meeting. Motion passed by show of hands. Review License Applications: • A motion was made by Richard Green and seconded by Ray Fink to approve John Seay to receive his Journeyman license. Motion passed by show of hands. • A motion was made by Jim Gooch and seconded by David Steinman to allow Joseph Orr to receive his Journeyman license. Motion passed by show of hands. • A motion was made by Sam Thomas and seconded by Chris Bruemmer to allow Zachary Alberti to receive his Master license. Motion passed by show of hands. • A motion was made by David Steinman and seconded by Sam Thomas to allow Cody Hodge to take his Masters test. Motion passed by show of hands. Old Business: Ordinance changes regarding the structure of the Electrical Board were discussed. Changes are being proposed regarding the number of members and the exemption of the Utility Representative being licensed with the City and residency requirements. New Business: There was none.
