The following Resolution was adopted by the City council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa on the
12th Day of November 2008.
Be it resolved by the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa that Alliant Energy is hereby directed to
make the following changes to the existing system at the location described herin (or shown on an
attached map made part of this Resolution) according to the terms expressed in the existing street
light,contract.
NEW INSTALLATION OR CHANGE IN EXISTING SYTEM
Add Wattage Style of Luminaire Type and Height of Pole Wiring OH/UG
1 10OW 8,500 Lumen ASA Type III Town & Country Black Pole 20' UG
LOCATION OF NEW INSTALLATION OR CHANGES,
1. NorthWest Corner of Rolling Hills Dr and Iris Avenue, Tiffin, Iowa
