RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF LAND SALE
BIDS RECEIVED OCTOBER 11, 1995
WHEREAS, on October 11, 1995, bids were received by the Borough of Carteret
pursuant to a properly advertised land sale in accordance with N.J.S.A.40A: 12-13,
on the following properties at the advertised minimum rates which were set pursuant
to a certified appraisals:
Block 121 Lot 5 $17,800.00
Block 117 Lot 3 $28,125.00
Block 117 Lot 12 $15,000.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret does hereby accept the bids received on the aforementioned
properties and authorize the Mayor and Borough Clerk to execute any and all
documents pursuant to the sale of said properties.
Adopted this 23rd day of October, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 24, 1995.
