IMPROVEMENTS AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
FOR DAVID W. FRENZEL, LOT 2 FOR GT&P, LLC

PASSED this 11th day of May 2004.
WHEREAS, a corporate surety bond fi.om the Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of
America in the amount of $217,241.75 was provided by the developer to guarantee the installation of
public improvements; and
WHEREAS, the town's Director of Engineering and Public Works recommends a time extension
to July 25, 2004.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Vhginia as follows:
SECTION I. The corporate surety bond from the Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of
America in the amount of $217,241.75 is approved to guarantee the installation of public improvements in
David W. Frenzel, Lot 2 for GT&P, LLC.
and
WHEREAS, GT&P, LLC, the developer of David W. Frenzel, Lot 2 has not completed all the
required public improvements in accordance with the approved construction drawings and town standards
within the two-year period agreed to in the contract for public improvements; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a time extension to complete the public improvements;
