The following Resolution was adopted by the City council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa on the
12th Day of November 2008.
Be it'resolved by the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa that Alliant Energy is hereby directed to
make the following changes to the existing system at the location described herin (or shown on an
attached map made part of this Resolution) according to the terms expressed in the existing street
light contract.
NEW INSTALLATION OR CHANGE IN EXISTING SYTEM
Add Wattage Style of Luminaire Type and Height of Pole Wiring OH/UG_
1 40OW Luminaire Cobra Head 30' Steel Pole UG
LOCATION OF NEW INSTALLATION OR CHANGES
1. Between or near 201 Railroad Maintenance Building and the Salt & Sand Facility
Security Lighting
Motion by Councilperson seconded by Councilperson
Mayor Royce Phillips, declared said Resolution duly passed and adopted the '12th Day of
