AUTHORIZING THE LEASE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN AVIATION
ADVENTURES, LLC AND THE TOWN OF LEESBURG FOR THE LEESBURG
EXECUTWE AIRPORT

PASSED this 1 lth day of May 2004.
WHEREAS, Aviation Adventures, LLC has been located and operating at the Leesburg
Executive Airport for approximately 5 months; and
WHEREAS, the company has been operating under the terms of a temporary lease agreement for
temporary office space due to the terminal construction; and
WHEREAS, the company desires to continue operation at the airport; and
WHEREAS, the company participated in a bid process for office space in the new terminal
building; and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement satisfactory to both parties has been established for the bid space in the
new terminal building; and
WHEREAS, the term of the lease is for 5 years; and
WHEREAS, the total area rented is 1,081 square feet, and the annual rent is $27,068.24; and
WHEREAS, the interim airport director and the airport commission recommend adoption of this
resolution.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED that the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia hereby authorizes
the Town Manager to execute the lease agreement by and between Aviation Adventures, LLC and the Town of
Leesburg for the Leesburg Executive Airport in a form acceptable to the Town Attorney.
