President Pete Siemens called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Members Present: Larry Hassett, Jed Cyr, Deane Little, Ken Nitz, Pete Siemens, Mary
Davey, and Nonette Hanko.
Members Absent: None.
Staff Present: Craig Britton.
11. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS—There were none.
111. CLOSED SESSION
P. Siemens stated that the Board would adjourn to Closed Session to discuss Closed Session
Agenda Item I.A.
The Board recessed to Closed Session at 7:07 p.m. and the Closed Session commenced at
7:07 p.m. The Board concluded the Closed Session at 10:25 p.m.
IV. AwoURNMENT—The meeting was adjourned at 10:25 p.m.
