IMPROVEMENTS AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
EDWARDS LANDING WOODS EDGE DRIVE

Edwards Landing Woods Edge Drive is approved.
PASSED this 22"a day of June 2004.
WHEREAS, Edwards Landing, LLC, the developer of Edwards Landing Woods Edge Drive has not
completed all the required public improvements in accordance with the approved construction drawings and
town standards within the two-year period agreed to in the contract for public improvements; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a time extension to complete the public improvements; and
WHFREAS, a corporate surety bond from the St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company in
the amount of $179,955.15 was provided .by the developer to guarantee the installation of public
improvements; and
WHEREAS, the town's Director of Engineering and Public Works recommends a time
extension to July 2, 2005.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The corporate surety bond from the St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company in
the amount of $179,955.15 is approved to guarant~ the installation of public improvements in Edwards
Landing Woods Edge Drive.
SECTION H. The time extension to July 2, 2005 for completion of the public improvements in
