A RESOLUTION: MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Council desires to appoint effective individuals to serve at its will and pleasure on
these advisory boards; and
WHEREAS, on July 24, 2000, Council adopted Resolution No. 2000-148 establishing a
procedure concerning appointment of individuals to town boards and commissions; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Environmental Advisory Commission due to the resignation
of Sandra Lee Kane effective June 30, 2004; and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Zoldos has considered parties interested in serving on the
Environmental Advisory Commission.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Ken Reid is appointed to the Environmental Advisory Commission for a term to begin on July 1,
2004 and ending June 30, 2006.
PASSED this 22na day of June 2004.
