RESOLUTION FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF ROBERTS FERRY ROAD
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT 2007-2008, TIFFIN, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on December 5, 2008, the project engineer states that project construction was
completed in general accordance with the approved plans and specifications on file with the City of
Tiffin, Iowa and placed into operation and recommends final payment be made to the Contractor.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY the City of Tiffin, Iowa that the Roberts Ferry Road
Reconstruction Project 2007-2008 Project is complete and acceptance to theCity and final payment
be made to the Contractor.
MOTION by Councilperson John Wright
To adopt and approve Resolution 2008-33.
