AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR
2017 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL
FUNDS WITHIN THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS SALES TAX G 17-22 FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby a budget amendment within the Capital Improvements Sales
Tax G 17-22 Fund in the amount of$2,500,000.00 as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
