WHEREAS, Independent Electric has become the lowest and best bidder for the Electric Motor Repairs. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Independent Electric is declared to be the lowest and best bid and is hereby accepted for the Electric Motor Repairs. Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a $35,820.00 agreement Independent Electric for Electric Motor Repairs. Section 3. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
