Consideration of Bids, Contracts, Agreements and Expenditures
City Hall Cleaning Service Proposal, $6,600/annually. Proposal is $5,700 less than current contract that ended on May 1, 2012 and is $1,680 less than next lowest bidder. Budget Line

Out of state travel, Jason Buelterman, June 25 – 26, 2012, Washington, D.C.; meeting with Senator Chambliss and Senator Isakson to discuss the upcoming beach re-nourishment and the removal
of the north beach derelict structures. Budget line item: 100-1110-52-3501
Parking Rate Increase
Parking decal from $100/annually to $150/annually
North Beach, 14th Street and 16th Street Parking lots from $1.50/hour to $2.00/hour
Explanation: This is to cover the cost of beach related expenditures. Cost for reprogramming pay and display meter system is $1,950. Anticipated revenue from the increase from the
decals is $77,400 and from the parking lots is $270,154. Budget Line Item: 100-00-34-5416 and 100-00-34-5418
