AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE FOR SALE
MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS - CARTERET HEALTH DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret Health Department has in its possession
various miscellaneous items; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret Health Department
to authorize the sale of said items;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Purchasing Agent of the
Borough of Carteret is hereby authorized to advertise for the sale of said various
miscellaneous items.
Adopted this 2nd day of November, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the original
on November 3, 1995.
