IMPROVEMENTS

TIME EXTENSION FOR COMPLETION OF PUBLIC
AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
FOR CVS/PHARMACY #1415-2
WHEREAS, CVS of Virginia, Inc., the developer of CVS/Pharmacy #1415-2 has not completed
all the required public improven~nts in accordance with the approved construction drawings and town
standards wi~in the two-year poriod agroed to in the c~otraot for public improvmnmts; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a time extension to complete the public improvements;
and
