A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZlNO AN AOREEMENT AND APPROVINO A PERFORMANCE
OUARANTEE FOR GOD'S CHILDREN LEARNING CENTER
WHEREAS, Patrioia Bennott, th~ d~¢l~ of th~ God's Children Learning Center, has requested
approval of a leXtor of crodit from tho Wachovia Bank in th~ mount of $29,200.00 to guarantee the public
improvm~nts; and
WHEREAS, tho D~r of Engin~ning and Public Works roconunends approval of a contract for
installation of public improvemmts and aecoptanco of a porformane~ guarantee for the God's Children
Leami~ Center.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by tho Council of thc Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The town manager shall execute the contract for public improvements for the
improvements shown on the plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for the God's
Children L~xning Center.
SECTION II. The letter of credit in a form approved by the town attorney from the Wachovia
Bank in the amount of $29,200.00 is approved as security to guarantee installation of the public
improvements shown on plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for the God's
Children Learning Center.
