Resolution No 16-20
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO,
SETTING VARIOUS FEES FOR CITY CLERK FOR PERMITS AND LICENSES
ISSUED UNDER TITLE 4 McCALL CITY CODE, AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of McCall have estimated the cost of providing
the enumerated services and the rates required to recover those costs; and
WHEREAS, the City complied with Idaho Code 63-1311A, by placing a Public Notice
in the Star -News on August 11, and August 18, 2016 announcing a public hearing on
August 25, 2016 to consider changes to the business regulations' fee schedule in the City
Clerk Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing at the August 25, 2016 Council
meeting, as required by law, and considered public comment, and deliberated upon the
recommended fee schedule changes; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, Valley County, Idaho that:
Section 1: The following fee schedule is hereby adopted as the rates for listed
services in the City Clerk Department:
Initiation of a New Business License
$125.00
Annual Renewal of Business License
$25.00 per year
Five Year License (only for licenses being
renewed and is non-refundable should the
business close prior to the completion of
the five years)
$100 for 5 years
If business license is not renewed by
January 31 of the renewal year the re-
instatement fee will be required
$125.00
Vendor Permit
$25.00 per day
$500.00 per season(May 5-September
$1000.00 per year

Animal drawn vehicle
$25.00 per year

Farmers Market
$50 per season
Craft Fairs and Bazaars
$50 per event
NOTE: the following fees are for permits or licenses that require fingerprints, a police
investigation, and background check, and more accurately reflect the actual cost to the
City.
Taxi Drivers License
$125.00 per driver for a 5 year license
Pawnbroker License
$125.00 for a five year license in addition
to the business license fees
Peddler Permit
$125.00 quarterly per person for initial
license and first day, then $25.00 per day
thereafter (Oct -Nov -Dec; Jan -Feb -Mar;
Apr -May -Jun; Jul -Aug -Sep)
Snow Removal License
$125.00 for the initial season (October -
March) $25.00 annual renewal due in
October of each year
Public Event Licenses
$150 for < 50 people
$300 for >50 people
Section 2: This resolution shall be in full force and effect on August 26, 2016.
