A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A LETTER OF
ENGAGEMENT WITH WALTON & ADAMS, P.C. REGARDING
LEGAL SERVICES IN THE MARGARET PAXTON MEMORIAL
LITIGATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, the Town Council desires to retain outside counsel on matters pertaining to
The Margaret Paxton Memorial for the Convalescent Children, Inc. v. The Town Council of the
Town of Leesburg.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
Mayor is authorized to sign a letter of engagement with Walton & Adams, P.C., Randall T.
Greehan, Esq. as lead litigation counsel, regarding The Margaret Paxton Memorial for the
Convalescent Children, Inc. v. The Town Council of the Town of Leesburg.
PASSED this 25th day of September 2004.
