Arranta Bio LLC intends to invest significant capital in establishing a new operational location in
Massachusetts. Arranta plans (if approved) to build capability to develop, manufacture and
analyze small volume Biotechnology products in the facility in Watertown.
During the Site Plan Review if was requested that the draft TDM Regulations for the town of
Watertown be reviewed to provide an initial set of commitments in the context of a
Transportation Plan for the site.
The following table considering all of the town's transportation suggestions and listed Arranta's
intent in the development of this site.
