RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1994, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret
approved a contract to Margonis Electric, Inc. in the amount of $525,000; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has informed the Governing Body that a
modification of the contract is reasonable and necessary; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has further certified that said modifications were
unanticipated the time the original contract was awarded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of $2,000.00 is hereby
added to the original contract and subsequent change orders and payment of the
modified amount is hereby approved in the amount of $556,000.00, which includes
all approved change orders to date.
Adopted this 2nd day of November, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on November 3, 1995.
