COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, FEBRUARY 6, 2017
CALL TO ORDER
The City Council “Pre-Meeting” of February 6, 2017, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
President Pro Tempore Rick Mihalevich who announced *Mayor Tergin would be
arriving a little late.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather, Schreiber,
Ward, and Wiseman
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
City Counselor Ryan Moehlman explained the procedure set out in the Code for the
public forum, election, and seating of the nominee for the Ward 4 Council vacancy.
*Mayor Tergin arrived and assumed the Chair at 5:48 P.M.
Mayor Tergin requested that the Council amend the agenda at adoption by the addition
of Mr. Jim Marshall to speak about the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program.
Councilman Hussey suggested adding him at item 9(b) under “Presentations from Staff,
Consultants and Invited Guests” with himself, Councilman Mihalevich, and Mayor Tergin
as the required three inviters.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:52 P.M.
