COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, FEBRUARY 20, 2017
CALL TO ORDER
The City Council “Pre-Meeting” of February 20, 2017, was convened at 5:46 P.M. by
Mayor Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Luebbert, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schreiber, Ward, and Wiseman
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor Tergin asked if the Council would consider taking up Miscellaneous Items (b) and
(c) in reverse order when the agenda is adopted.
Mayor Tergin asked if the Council would wish to take up Resolution RS2016-30
immediately after the public hearing on the associated issue (Truman Hote l Urban
Renewal Plan).
Following questions regarding the reason to suspend the rules on Bill 2016-114
(Prescription Drug Monitoring Program) Council indicated they would discuss it more
fully at the Regular Meeting.
