STANDING RESIDENTIAL TRAFFIC COMMITTEE

Town of Leesburg
WHEREAS, Resolution 2001-17 established the Standing Residential Traffic Committee
to evaluate traffic calming requests and issues; and
WHEREAS, citizens of southwest Leesburg are experiencing increases in traffic volumes
and speeding in the Greenway Farms, Woodlea Manor, and Country Club neighborhoods; and
WHEREAS, Council desires a cooperative effort to find a solution to these traffic
calming needs to provide a safer environment for these residents.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
the following residents are appointed to the Southwest Ad-Hoc Subcommittee of the Standing
Residential Traffic Committee: Ann Jones and A1 Lewis of Woodlea Manor; Kimberley Berke¥
and Dawn Barrett of Greenway Farms; Larry Tucker, James Dennison, and Marcia Brown of
