RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH BELLEMEAD
FOR LANDFILL RECLAMATION REDEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 95-40, the Borough established a Landfill
Reclamation District and named Bellemead Development Corporation as the
Redevelolper; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 173 of the Laws of New Jersey 1995, a
redevelopment contract and plan must be submitted for the approval of the Borough
Council; and
WHEREAS, said contract has been submitted and reviewed and a deposit of
$100,000.00 which has been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret do hereby approve the attached contract with Bellemead
Development Corpor.ation and authorize the Mayor and Borough Clerk to execute
same.
