Call to order
Bob Miller called to order the regular meeting of the Town of Brewster: Building
Needs & Assessment Committee at 8:30 am on June 11, 2008 in Brewster Town Hall.
Roll call
The following BNAC members were present: Bob Miller, Herb Montgomery, Don
Poole, Paul Bradford, Ed Lewis and Charlie Sumner.
Bob Miller indicated that the process would be such that he would open the meeting and
introduce all the participants. Herb Montgomery will run all of the interview sessions.
Chief Jones is away on business, but Deputy Chief Harrison most likely will attend as
well as a fire union member. Ed Lewis will not attend but Greg Levasseur may be
available.
The plan will be to complete the interviews this week and most likely complete the
rating forms sometime next week. We have a series of questions and rating forms from
our owner project manager. It was also suggested that we forward the proposed
questions to each of the participants in the interview process.
We will focus the question process mainly through Herb Montgomery and Paul
Bradford, but others certainly may ask questions.
